After a brief conversation regarding purchasing a new truck I felt confident that Capital Dodge may have what I was looking for. I arrived a few days later and was attended to by Andy. He was friendly, helpful and gave me confidence in Dodge products, which I did not have previously. I left for an 18 day holiday and upon return went back to Capital Dodge. Andy was away at this time so I dealt with Shawn General Mgr. of sales and Mike Leblanc. After advising them of my previous contact with Andy they assured me that they could provide me with what I was looking for. I have been a Ford person for 40 years, but was unhappy with my F150. I drove your 2016 Eco Deisel and was impressed. I went to Ford to compare and decided to purchase the Eco Deisel . One of the main factors in my purchase is the fact that I am a retired police officer and Chrysler offered a friends and family discount, and I was aware that Ford Foundation gave support to Black Lives Matters. I choose to support an organisation that respect for me and my family. The overall tea at Capital Dodge made my wife and I comfortable, gave us fantastic service and were very professional. The truck is outstanding and I am thrilled to have made this purchase. More

She followed up just the right number of times, did not harass or drive us crazy like many other dealerships. She was very impressive. The dealership itself had a very nice group of people working there from the receptionist to the sales people to the finance people to everyone! Even the cafeteria lady was really sweet. I would definitely recommend this dealership and highly recommend working with Shannon for your next purchase. More

Not your typical used car salesman We were under the gun to buy a replacement vehicle. We had narrowed it down to 3 models from 3 different manufacturers. We went to 8 dealerships and We were under the gun to buy a replacement vehicle. We had narrowed it down to 3 models from 3 different manufacturers. We went to 8 dealerships and 3 used car lots. Some of the salespeople were stereotypical used car salesmen, most we dealt with were helpful but only interested in making the sale. And then there was Mike. We initially spent an entire morning with him going through all the Capital vehicles that were likely candidates and while he was juggling us and other potential customers, he always had time to answer our questions, educate us on pros and cons, etc. He was refreshingly upfront and straightforward when showing us Capital's vehicle options. We never felt pressured into anything we didn't want and he really went out of his way to make us feel good about our buying decision. When it came down to brass tacks, he did most of the negotiating on our behalf before we arrived for our appointment (which was greatly appreciated as we were not looking forward to wasting any more time). It certainly felt like he went to the mat for us and in the end he got us into a vehicle for the price we had budgeted, but that we initially discounted as being too expensive. We will most certainly share our positive experience with friends and family and hope to do business with Mike again. More

These guys took it seriously, discussed "plans B and C" (unlike others), but ended up finding the ONLY AVAILABLE vehicle Canada, exactly to my specs (even down to the color), and brought it in within 3 days! They are real professionals and Jeep experts. Parts department spent well over two hours with me discussing customization (very patiently)! Service department is very good also. I recommend this dealership to all my friends! More

Sean and Andreanne showed us just what we needed, offered amazing rebates and valued our trade-in generously. Ken took wonderful care of us on the financing end. We returned today in search of a new Journey and had just as amazing an experience with Sean, Andreanne and Ken as we did the last time. We always recommend Capital Dodge to our friends...While I waited for my husband yo finish his test drive I paid Brian at the parts desk to get a quote for a roof rack system and box for the caravan...best price out of the three businesses I have obtained quotes from.
