Some times you get lucky. When I first contacted the dealership I reached Kyle Weiman, and it was the beginning of some great service . I can be indecisive, but Kyle never questioned anything. In fact he suggested that I test drive three vehicles to see what best suited me. The service didn't end there. After the purchase was complete, the following day, Kyle answered all my tech questions with a great attitude. Then, days later, he drove over an hour to deliver a promised mat and spent more time showing me additional tech options within the car. MB of Owings Mills can be proud that they are still providing great service. and that they have Kyle to represent them. More

Dennis is extremely helpful and does things that I have never seen other auto sales persons do. I did not ask him but he drove me to my house to hook up the garage opener.
