The dealership was excellent to deal with and i am a very fussy guy. Everying was as promised and the vehicle clean up was not discussed during the negotiation but was added to the deal after the fact very fussy guy. Bought my SVU in April (bought CPP plan and the extended warranty... when I bought ut I was promised (free cleaning, missing key and my sunglasses holder fixed) in June started to have transmission issues s warranty... when I bought ut I was promised (free cleaning, missing key and my sunglasses holder fixed) in June started to have transmission issues so I requested at the beginning of June. Back and forth with the sales department to get everything done at the sane time... On September 7th they called me to tell me that the transmission work was done but the rest will be done next week so I had to go get it and bring it back so my husband called Scott the GM (left 2 voice mail) he never called back but Rylan called him back and came up with some common sense and say "no no keep the loaner and you can come get it when everything is done " finally got my SUV at the end of August to get transmission, key, cleaning and windshield stone chips. Got my SUV back yesterday on September 20th. When my husband picked it up Radio station was changed and volume cranked up. Not a big deal... cleaning and windshield wasn't done and the sunroof was left open. The first thing that the service manager told my husband ok so everything has been done the windshield etc... Service and sales team no communication between those 2 This is very bad More
