Brent is unresponsive to emails very frustrating. Total ghosted by him. I’ve dealt with quite a few salespeople in my years and I must say by far Sherri Labant was the best. From start to finish she was on top of all my questions and concerns. To Possible GM Owners We bought a brand new GMC Denali terrain at the beginning of January, went to drive it off the lot and there were a bunch of electrical problems. We bought a brand new GMC Denali terrain at the beginning of January, went to drive it off the lot and there were a bunch of electrical problems. They told us the battery was dead and would fix it first thing the next morning. So after it was “fixed” and we went to take it home, not even 5 mins down the road and everything turned off again. At that point everything was already signed and finalized. So they took it back and it took them 6 days to say it was the stereo and it was “fixed and good to go” we have it for 5 days and on the highway in minus -30 again everything turned off, headlights, heat, defrost basically everything electric again. At this point we had contacted the manager and voice our concerns about how the terrain wasn’t safe nor trust worthy, and all they could say is they were sorry and we should be able to get into a new one because this wasn’t ok. After a week of it being in the shop and talking to GM direct they decided they couldn’t get us into a new one and that they figured out the problem for the terrain and they had to find/order a part for it..... it’s been to weeks and the part just came in today and it would be done today, called back to check in and now it won’t be done till Monday because it’s to big of a job. So we haven’t had our Brand New Denali Terrian for about a month... still making all our payments and that’s just AOK! Basically nothing but an absolute joke, as soon as it was signed they could do nothing, I don’t know about you but I don’t think anyone should buy a Brand new car and not have it for a month and no one care in the slightest. I would never recommend anyone buying from them without driving it for a day or two and making sure everything is working order before singing any paperwork. In all my experiences buying vehicles, this is by far the worst. More

Rude management June 2017 bought a new fully loaded Yukon xl slt. Been nothing but strife! After we drove of the lot we get a rude txt msg from Phil the next day that we didn't leave the right rims on our trade in Yukon. This was not apart of the trade in deal and was spoken about to two different salesman. He threatened to not reimburse our $500 holding deposit before the vehicle was purchased over rims and tires after purchasing $80,000 vehicle! Also we were told a certain price for our trade in and once the paper work came it was suddenly dropped over $3000 without being spoken about. I do not recommend given this dealer business, it's been one thing after another. Our salesman was kind and professional and did what he could to get what we wanted but everything afterwards has not been pleasant. Update: since writing this review this company has gone and done the complete opposite to fixing the problems we've had with certain employees. The lack of costumer service floors me, I've never been treated with such disregard anywhere like here. Instead of reaching out and apologizing we have only received a couple messages that are basically sorry not sorry " them doing what they think is best/right" poor childish excuse for the way we have been spoken to in my opinion. Also is it that hard to pick up the phone? I find dealings through txt messages only a bit lazy when trying to fix an issue. Also It seems this dealership has gone out of the way to hold up banking paper work resulting in a lapse of making another car payment on the SUV we traded off. I understand that it takes time for things to go through however I've never purchased a vehicle and it take over two weeks to have the paper work processed. The deductible was finally given back but $500 was taken of the final loan payout for our trade in, so they ended up keeping that anyways. More

Excellent overall buying experience. My husband contacted Corvette initially to get a price for our dad's Enclave as he was selling it. He was so impressed with the follow-up and service My husband contacted Corvette initially to get a price for our dad's Enclave as he was selling it. He was so impressed with the follow-up and service Corvette provided, they started chatting about the Envision. Initially my husband was going to surprise me and purchase the vehicle but then thought I should drive it and select the colour etc. Corvette, Brent & Shaun all made the entire experience so smooth and easy and enjoyable! We are so happy to be a part of the Sherwood Buick GMC Family and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!! More

Simon does it the way it should be done, go see him! Simon was the salesman I dealt with and he did not disappoint. It was like visiting with an old friend you haven't seen in a long time. No pressure, no beating around the bush, just straight to the point and I prefer it that way. It was my 3rd stop for the day when I was looking for a new truck and really... what a wasted day... should have just gone to see Simon to start with. One of the things that stand out as a first impression of a dealership is the day and time I stopped in. I just pulled in to see what was on the lot on a Saturday at about 5:45 PM. Simon was standing out front taking in the sunshine probably thinking about what would taste good on the grill. He could have said come back another time, but he didn't. Whether I was serious or not, which I was, didn't seem to matter. He took the time to see what he could do to help me out. You don't find that very often anymore and that gets big bonus points from me. The whole team really makes the experience great the minute you walk in the door. Brent Gilblin met me at the door and offered any help he could. Didn't realize he was the general sales manager because he was super friendly and welcoming. I'm used to managers staying in their cozy offices and not being bothered to care if you're even there. More bonus points there... lots more! From there I went over to Ryan Guilbault. Again late on Saturday, he took the time to go through everything and make sure everything was in place and I got everything I wanted and nothing that I didn't. I felt a little guilty because he was late getting to a wedding since he was helping me out. No it wasn't his wedding so I think we are ok there. Again, going that little extra for a customer when they didn't have to. More bonus points! I think Ryan was in recovery from the wedding when I went to finalize the deal a couple days later so Shaun Hurry stepped in and everything was seamless. I was met with the same friendly and courteous manner that seems to come easy to this team. To me that means management is treating their people right and that is important because nobody wants to be somewhere they aren't happy and the customer can always see that. When I needed parts and service, the courtesy just continued. I'm from out of town so they made things work around my schedule and did things right. Again, bonus points! Unfortunately Simon wasn't available when I took delivery of my truck, but he called me several times, made sure his team mates looked after me and even apologised a little. He did have a good excuse though, he was on his honeymoon! Congrats again. I will forgive him but he can make up for it when I go see him for the next new vehicle. That's My story. Great people in a great dealership. Do yourself a favor, Go see Simon, let him help you out. They will look after you at Sherwood Buick GMC More
