Over the years, I have purchased a number of new vehicles. I can say unequivocally that my purchase of a new 2024 Mazda CX5 from Harris was the friendly, unhurried and most pleasant that I have ex vehicles. I can say unequivocally that my purchase of a new 2024 Mazda CX5 from Harris was the friendly, unhurried and most pleasant that I have experienced from an Automobile Dealership. On arrival and by appointment, I was met by Sales Advisor, Tyler. Smartly dressed and with a big welcoming smile. I had travelled to Harris Mazda to view and test drive a particular Mazda model, but although a brilliant vehicle, was a little on the small side for me. With Tyler's unhurried assistance, I progressed to test driving the Mazda CX5 and was immediately impressed. Tyler introduced me to his Manager, Brent. Although the CX5 was stretching my budget, Brent and I managed to work out a purchase deal that was satisfactory to each of us and the purchase of my new CX5 was completed. From the time until I entered Harris Mazda in Nanaimo, until the completion of sale, I was impressed by the courtesy and knowledge of Tyler and the unhurried understanding of Brent, the Sales Manager. I will not hesitate to recommend Harris Mazda to friends. It is the place to go for a new or used vehicle, for friendly non pressure experience when replacing a vehicle is being considered. More
