I bought my suv from them almost 6 months ago. The vehicle was to have a set of tires, remote repaired for command start, and a second fob made as it only had one working. They changed the tires failing to give me the lock nut, or to even torque them, they gave me one bolt for my license plate when I contacted the dealership about the lock nut the response I got was oh well you can order one, I am going through cancer treatments and this is how they have handled everything. I took the vehicle back a week later as it was still squealing in reverse to be told its just sand in the tire. The vehicles brakes and rotors were so thin it shouldn't have passed inspection! The vehicles been back 3 times the last time I went to get it I had to wait an hour because they forgot to call me to let me know any update. It was so dirty it looked like it was outside for weeks and the best part still no working key or remote start and they left the glove box torn apart on the floor. If you want the most stressful buying experience I'd highly recommend here. If you want honesty and customer loyalty this is not the place to go. More
