Salesperson dropped the ball. Salesperson - waste of time. Managers still do all the back/forth dealing. Salesperson literally knew nothing about this truck. Good thing we after the vehicle not sales personality. Truck not ready for delivery - with two days appointment and 1-hour final notice of arrival. Dirty, accessories not installed (but thrown in the back so they could pay another dealer to install them later). Contract signed... good bye (according to salesperson conversation while waiting for delivery). It was the first time in 30 years of vehicle shopping I was ever displaced in a showroom. The sales manager said thank you and said he would fix it - because customers are important. He did a thorough and excellent delivery once we got him. He noted every detail the salesperson should have instead of taking a smoke break as we drove in. I was skeptically pacified. In conversation she (sales) then blames every other department possible for her poor job. Salesperson disappeared before we even climbed into the truck. Her name is on the paperwork... which is disappointing. 10 days later and they haven't filed the paperwork (payout) for the trade-in yet. Hmmm.. how many vehicles will I end up paying for before they finish this? More

All in all I'm driving a new Compass Trailhawk that I absolutely LOVE because these guys made it happen. More
