Worst Customer Service from the Service Manager. Was very rude when we called her for help and even went as far as to hanging up on us. We have purchased 3 vehicles fro from the Service Manager. Was very rude when we called her for help and even went as far as to hanging up on us. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them and have never felt so poorly treated as we do now. We ended up running over a huge screw on the road and called to see if we could get a replacement. The Service Manager told us good luck and that she wasn't just going to give us a tire. Now we are told we have to wait 8 - 10 weeks for a replacement. We are driving on our spare now waiting for the tire to come in. We are supposed to go Toronto on the 30th and was told to drive on our spare. Now what happens if something were to happen to another tire on the way? They won't even give us a spare just in case. Now we have to buy a totally different tire to ease our minds in case something happens. What is the point of spending the extra money for the tire and rim warranty if they won't help us? More

A dream come true I have always wanted a jeep.so, I finally did it!!! I've had the Jeep Wrangler for about 10 months now! I love it!! Was a great throughout the winter. Brad was great and continues to be very helpful and supportive. He is a jeep owner too, so he knows all the tricks for removing and installing hard top and soft top. Great guy! Great dealer! On a drive home from the City, cell phone rang...”Have you traded your vehicle yet?” this is Brad McCarthy from Halifax Chrysler. We turned around and drove to Halifax Chrysler. We were very warmly greeted and after 3 1/2 hours, we are delighted with the purchase of our Jeep Cherokee. Brad was the most patient, helpful, honest, friendly Sales Rep we have ever met. He went over and above the call of duty to represent us. My husband almost had his mind made up for a Grand Caravan but I was really wanting the Jeep. We test drove several and are thrilled and very appreciative. We would not hesitate to refer any of our friends to Halifax Chrysler and in particular to Brad. We wish you well Brad!!! More

He was personable, courteous, articulate, helpful, informative, clear and open with all information relating not only to the sale but also the secondary minutiae which can sometimes be as important (or more so) than the actual sale ~ things like the tire warranty, admin fee, undercoating, warranties, CarProof, service records, etc ~ making sure to explain all details and answer any questions I might have and a few I didn't think of at the time. If the dealership is willing to put this level of attention and detail into the sale of a used vehicle, imagine what they're willing to do for the sale of a new one? I'll definitely be recommending this place to colleagues and friends and will return when and as able. More

Excellent Buying Experience and Customer Service figured the best time to purchase my new truck was the end of year - Dec 31. Factory promotions, dealer motivated to make a deal, etc. :) first c figured the best time to purchase my new truck was the end of year - Dec 31. Factory promotions, dealer motivated to make a deal, etc. :) first contacted them on Dec 30 for a test drive with my wife and daughter. we were treated very professionally and Brad did a great job helping me determine where we might land on numbers. Bought the truck on the 31st and paid what I believe is a fair price - with a trade-in it is always more complex. They managed to get this brand new 2017 Ram 1500 sport cleaned and MVI'd before I arrived at 3 pm. Too much paperwork but that is not their fault. Bill was great walking thru all of it, a no pressure sales style that allowed me to understand the pros & cons of all the optional coverages. Highly recommend you visit Brad if you are looking for a car or truck. 5 out of 5! More
