Hello Mr. Jin, My name is Wayne Carter and I am the General Manager of Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC. Thank you for your review of your experience. I always appreciate feedback, good or not so good. I would like to address your concerns. Regarding the rest area for your leg, we may be able to adjust things for you. No promises, but i would like to have you bring the car in so i can have a look. Regarding the fuel type required. 87 octane is OK. In our Cadillacs, Camaros ang Regal turbo GM recommends but does not require octane ratings of 91. If there is a performance issue they recommend you try a higher rating, but again, it is not required. Here is the excerp from your owners manual... ":If the vehicle has the 2.0L L4 engine (VIN Code V), use premium unleaded gasoline with a posted octane rating of 91 or higher. You can also use regular unleaded gasoline rated at 87 octane or higher, but the vehicle's acceleration could be slightly reduced, and a slight audible knocking noise, commonly referred to as spark knock, might be heard." Regarding the finance rate. You purchased your regal in June and got it for employee price. That offer ended July 30th. To compensate for the change in price they lowered the interest rate in August, but the employee price is no longer available. GM does not ever tell dealers what plans they have in future offers until they become public. You got a great deal! I would like the opportunity to meet with you if you have any other concerns, or to elaborate on what I have responded with. We pride ourselves on excellent customer care and to quick resolution of concerns. Again, thank you for your feedback--without it there would be no way to make things better. Wayne Carter

Thanks for your quick response. I got the car on July 16, not in June. it's less then 2 week before the rate change. Currently we are paying 464$ per month, if with 0 % we should only pay 442$ per month without EMP discount. For the left leg room, I am not sure what you can help, but i can drive in Coming Friday morning to show you. I have drove the car for about 1 month, tried different seat position, still cannot find a good position. I may have to see my doctor cause my leg start pain if I drive more than 1 hour.
