I had a call from Ted Taylor whom is Craig's dad and a good friend of mine suggesting I should go and have a look at the 2015 Cadillac SRX at Budd's as he was aware that I was in the process of looking for a new car.From the time I met Chris,Craig,Bounsay & Jason I was very impressed with their professionalism. After meeting with them I went home to think about it and called back the same day to say I will take the SRX. I have been back to see Chris twice to learn how to operate the many features. Outstanding Customer Service We've been looking for a car for 5 months. We decided we wanted a pre owned Buick Enclave. We've always purchased used vehicles so we realized that We've been looking for a car for 5 months. We decided we wanted a pre owned Buick Enclave. We've always purchased used vehicles so we realized that we may have to wait for the perfect car for us. While on the Auto trader website May 29th we saw a vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for at Budds Chevrolet. Beautiful Carbon Black 2012 Buick Enclave with extremely low KM's (25700) that had all of the options we were looking for in a vehicle. Within minutes of finding this vehicle I received a phone call from Michele Field (Internet Client Loyalty Rep) She was very upbeat , professional and a great first contact person. She answered all the questions I had regarding the car and immediately connected me with Sales Representative Chris Cheevers. I first want to say that I live in Sault Ste. Marie which is aprox. 800 KM's from Budds Chevrolet. From the first conversation that I had with Chris Cheevers I felt that I was with the best sales rep. for me. He was knowledgeable, honest and very professional. We negotiated the perfect deal for us and he forwarded me to Budds finance manager Bounsay Osylaphet. He was thorough in explaining all the financing aspects, very professional, attentive and had a wonderful sense of humour. He made the financing of this deal an excellent experience. Thank you Bounsay! My dilemma of course was getting the vehicle. Chris and I discussed a couple of options and finally decided that me flying to Toronto would work best. Chris agreed to pick me up at the airport. As promised when I arrived Chris was waiting for me at 7:30 am. He was a great conversationalist and something that really impressed me was his wonderful attitude towards his company and the rest of Budds' Chevrolet team. I could tell that he loved his job. We completed all of the paperwork, he gave me a beautiful Cargo Liner for our new car, he went through all of the vehicle information taking his time and thoroughly explaining everything to me. I felt 100 percent at ease and confident with this large purchase. I was nervous to get out of Oakville (small town woman) but Chis took the time to give me directions that would be the least intimidating for me. The drive home in our new vehicle was awesome. I'm home now and reflecting on my experience with Budds' Chevrolet and without a doubt would refer and return. Thank you each and every one of you for your outstanding customer service.
