It only took a couple minutes for my family and I to fall in love with the dealership, we got greeted by everyone who walked by us and were offered coffee and tea numerous of times. It was a warm welcoming place that felt like HOME, unlike other dealerships that greet you with fake "hello's" and "smiles". The receptionist at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Bill Coombe helped me find the car I needed, he was a very good listener, patient and most of all very professional. It felt more like a friend was helping me find the car I needed rather than just a Sales Person. As a young buyer I didn't think I would be able to finance a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT but with Bill's and Bounsay's knowledgeable hard work, it was all possible. I have never experienced such good customer service in my life. I could sit here and go on about how great my experience here was. It was nothing but amazing, just excellent. Will DEFIANTLY buy from them again, as well as recommend to anyone buying their next car. Thank you Budd's Chevrolet for the amazing experience! More

Then came the part I usually hate, negotiating, but before I even started Basil came back with a price lower than my target and put me in the hands of business manager Bounsay Osylaphet. Bounsay was reassuring, honest, and arranged my financing at zero percent. Even though it was almost closing that evening, both Basil and Bounsay provided amazing, caring service. Purchase of a New Cruz I have known Basil from previous enquires into the purchase of a new car. So I chose him and the Budd's Chev dealership as my first choice for the lea I have known Basil from previous enquires into the purchase of a new car. So I chose him and the Budd's Chev dealership as my first choice for the lease of a new car. Basil has always been, and was on this occasion, friendly, courteous, and professional in every way. During the time with him on this occasion he listened, was attentive to my needs and focused on me as the customer. he worked diligently on my behalf to find the best deal that met my budget. He was very generous in allowing me test drives in two different Cruz's. After I had made my choice, with his help, everything moved along very well to finalize the deal. I was able to move quickly and efficiently through the other departments required to complete all the paperwork. The finance department and its' manager was also very helpful in closing this deal. The next day when I returned to sign all the paperwork, everything was ready and organized so I could finish quickly and smoothly. This is the most AMAZING part, I first came in the afternoon, completed the deal, and drove away in a new car by 11am the very NEXT day! This experience was extraordinary and which I had never experienced in all my car buying years!!
