Seamless process. I was at Budd's Chevrolet to return a leased 2015 SRX and pick up the new 2017 XT5. I was scheduled to come in for 5:00 to complete the transfer process but decided to show up a few hours earlier with the hope that Budd's could accommodate. It was extremely busy that afternoon but Kathryn and her detailing team were were somehow able to look after my needs quickly and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Friendly and serious service from the Budd's Chevrolet team. I live one hour away from this dealership but continue to visit them for all of my scheduled maintenance needs knowing full well that the provided service will be nothing short of excellent. More

Great Reception When I called Budds after seeing a couple of vehicles I was interested in on their AutoTrader site, I was put in contact with Basil Silas who was frie When I called Budds after seeing a couple of vehicles I was interested in on their AutoTrader site, I was put in contact with Basil Silas who was friendly, helpful and forthright on the phone. We made arrangements to meet at the dealership to go over the cars. Basil was confident in his product and knowledgeable in the process. Both my wife, Gail, and I were very impressed with not only Basil,who is an excellent yet not pushy salesman, but with all the people we met during our buying experience. As with all used products, we have found a couple of minor glitches we missed during the buying process and Shane McGinnis, the service manager, is working with us to correct them - as Shane says " to our complete satisfaction" . Basil has also contacted us to be sure we are satisfied with our experience. Being from a small town, I was hesitant to deal with a "big city" company feeling there wouldn't be the personal touch, but I found Budds and their personnel are very interested in creating a good experience for their customers. He made us feel very comfortable from start to finish ensuring our needs as a client were taken care of (which is top priority) as well he kept us happy and I really can't find one bad thing to say.
