He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and ensures you get matched with the right vehicle at a great price. Also, Bounsay Osylaphet (financial manager) was very professional and explained all the options for the vehicle and was not pushing me to get any warranties or add ons. He simply made recommendations and was understanding with my choice. In the past I have had very pushy financial managers; however; Bounsay was very professional and understanding.
