I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Blaine 3 times over the last 4 years. 3 purchases and wish I’d dealt with Blaine and City Ford for the previous 2 purchase I made. Blaine was there for my wif times over the last 4 years. 3 purchases and wish I’d dealt with Blaine and City Ford for the previous 2 purchase I made. Blaine was there for my wife and I on our last truck purchase in 2020, our 2024 ford escape last month and now my Sons first dealership vehicle purchase today Sept 2024. I cannot say enough good things about Blaine and his customer service and integrity. Which also speaks volumes about City Ford as well. You feel like you’re seeing an old friend who helps you find the perfect vehicle and the patience of a saint, you have questions, concerns, uncertainties he helps you. You leave feeling taken care of, satisfied and somehow a little sad you won’t see that old friend again for a while. But it was great to see him.
