Jake never makes you feel pressured into making a decision, and takes his time explaining the different options and vehicles available in your price range. We actually live an hour and a half away from the dealership, but making the drive is completely worth it because of the relationship we have developed with Jake. We really liked Rick as our sales rep. He is up front and very particular in regards to details, you may ask 1000 questions and it does not matter he will answer every one of them with all the patience in the world. We ended up getting a better rate than anywhere else and our payments are lower than before.
