300 miles on the odometer and for a check engine light. Once the Roanoke dealer understood we purchased elsewhere, we were toast. Bad communication Did not fix my problem until 3rd attempt bring back (started with oil change not done right, locked my engine up, replaced engine, still had oil leak after putting it back together, attempt bring back (started with oil change not done right, locked my engine up, replaced engine, still had oil leak after putting it back together, dealership let someone take my vehicle home overnight and did not inform me, I thought my vehicle was stolen called police…- did not get phone call mechanic said I was suppose to get to inform me of my vehicle being brought to somebodies private residence) Unorganized Not attentive More
