I found his approach during the negotiation process to be professional but also personal which was one of the deciding factors for the purchase. After learning more about my Mom's vehicle preferences they efficiently referred me to the excellent team at Budds' Chevy. Within minutes of arriving to the beautiful new facilities and meeting the friendly and super helpful Mr. Coombe, my Mom was able to easily select the car of her choice from a list of amazing options. The entire team made my Mom feel comfortable and listened to all of her individual preferences. The first car we viewed was perfect! My Mom's only complaint was she still wanted to look at more cars so after touring the lot and looking at the wonderful selection of cars she became even more assured the first car showcased was the right car for her. Bill was an acquaintance I knew through our children' sports. When my current vehicle died after 13 years and 330,000 Kms I thought I would start my new vehicle search with him. The search didn't last long as Bill gauged my needs accurately and recommended a car that fit me perfectly. The dealership offered me a loaner vehicle (that exceeded my expectations) until the new one was ready for pickup as my existing car was no longer safe to drive. I will certainly recommend Budd's Chev/GMC in the future steering people to Bill Coombe when considering a new vehicle. More

The decision to swicth from Honda to Buick took a long while but it is primarily driven by the fact that this SUV is designed and manufactured keeping in view the customer needs, requirements and preferences in addition to the market conditions and road safety factors.
