Mainly because the staff in the service department, especially because of Shane the previous manager and Juan the current manager North American car. If I could give a 0, I would. Bill delivered a vehicle with damage to 3 rims and a seat which was not present on any of the photos he sent me. He then assured me he would take care of the problem on more than 10 occasions but has yet to address the issues after 5 months. I even arranged to drive the vehicle to Oakville and then to Vaughan only for him to first assure me the issues would be addressed and the come up with an excuse for why things couldn't be addressed...Excuses have ranged from "my regular guy was sick" to pretending he got the wrong date to telling me he was "arranging it" and then not replying. Omvic complain is my next step. He is a scammer who cannot be trusted. Go elsewhere. More

Many years ago my wife and I discovered Budds Chev, Cadi etc… We were, and continue to be highly impressed by their honest and knowledgeable manner in dealing with us. We were just shopping for a car, and etc… We were, and continue to be highly impressed by their honest and knowledgeable manner in dealing with us. We were just shopping for a car, and not sure that we wanted to proceed just now, When Bill brought a most excellent car to our attention. He informed us that it was a particular value, and why. I gathered the necessary information and left to do my research. As part to our research we attended another dealership, they were dismal, they treated us as if we were stupid. Complete contrast to Budds Chev. We found that everything that Bill had told us was completely accurate. The car was a true bargain! We returned to the dealership and completed the deal. Bounsay rounded out the transaction with his knowledge and sensible advice relating to extra’s and arranging the financing. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Kat and Cam who went above and beyond to resolve a couple of issues that were important to us. More
