I went in to see if it was possible to trade in my leased VW Passat for a bigger vehicle. I walked out with a 2013 Buick Enclave in less than a week. I have to recommend Basil. I was positively impressed by an instant email response from the sales manager to an enquiry submitted through autotrader.ca referring my inquiry to Basil. Within minutes I was talking to him over the phon from the sales manager to an enquiry submitted through autotrader.ca referring my inquiry to Basil. Within minutes I was talking to him over the phone and received a personal quote and feature details of the car discussed to my email. A couple of days later on our appointment both Basil and his sales manager gave me the feeling while reviewing my trade in and settling on the final numbers that they appreciated my business and didn't spare on any effort to get it. On the delivery day the car was spotless and Basil took time to explain me the features of this Cruze LT and help me set up the bluetooth connection to my cell. Although the dealership is a bit out of our way (we live in the Niagara Region) we are most satisfied with their service and plan to revisit for our future automobile needs. More
