A very sastisfied customer! I walked into the dealership on Dec 30th needing to drive away with my new vehicle on the 31st and had to be back at work in 2 hours. Although it sounds like a dealership's dream customer (Quick sale!) it also came with a lot of stress as there were license plates, car insurance, and lease financing steps that had to be completed before I could get the car and they all involved 3rd parties. I was very impressed with Rob Powell taking care of my needs as he stayed at work a few hours longer than planned before starting his New Year's holiday break to ensure that everything was lined up and I'd be able to pickup my vehicle on New Year's Eve before the dealership closed for the holidays. In addition, Henry and Basil were as polite and courteous as anyone could hope for in helping me quickly find and drive away in the vehicle I needed asap! More
