Basil did a great job answering all our questions and ensuring my mom was comfortable with everything before she drove off the lot. She's not computer savvy and was nervous about the new technology in all cars these days. Basil put her at ease and went through all the components with her ensuring she could find what she wanted easily, he even programed her favorite radio stations! We also met and chatted with someone else but unfortunately I didn't get his name, I think he worked in the auto shop. He was also extremely friendly with a wonderful demeanor. More
