Checking out a car thet I have watched on AutoTrader I had followed listing on AutoTrader for several months looking for an affordable Cadillac. I had checked out the ATS and CTS but really got intereste I had followed listing on AutoTrader for several months looking for an affordable Cadillac. I had checked out the ATS and CTS but really got interested in the CT6, so when I noticed the listing of the 2016 CT6 with extremely low mileage I kept watching the progression of the listing. Last Sunday my wife and I were travelling from Elliot Lake On. to Burlington for a medical appointment and stopped at Budds to see if we could spot the cat in the showroom. It was there, in the back and we decided to go into the deatership on Monday morning. We were greeted by Basil who showed us the car which through my research I actually was quite familiar with. My concern were twofold: I had a well preserved 1991 Acura that had been my passion for nearly 26 years and I had orders from my wife to trade if I wanted to buy a new one and secondly I had nearly $ 3000.- in GM card points that would only be valid on a new car deal. Basil assessed the situation immediately and after consultation with his manager came back with a final figure that looked in reach for us. So, on our way to a doctor's appointment, within a little over an hours time Basil had convinced us to purchase the car and trade my beloved Legend, all without pressure in a congenial way. Both, my wife and I were impressed with the ease of purchase and Basil's friendly and professional manner. Although the car was preowned it could not be told from new and we are very happy with our purchase. I still remember Basil's convincing phrase: WE want to sell it and you want to buy it.... so lets see what we can do to make it happen. More

Happy with my car I would have rated the dealership higher, but then before I even left the lot I noticed a few scratches on the vehicle that wasn't taken care of.
