2019 Cadillac CTS - third car purchased from Budds' I recently purchased a new 2019 Cadillac CTS from Budds' in Oakville. I have previously purchased a pre owned Buick and pre owned Cadillac from Budds I recently purchased a new 2019 Cadillac CTS from Budds' in Oakville. I have previously purchased a pre owned Buick and pre owned Cadillac from Budds' as well. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership. Basil Silas and Rob Powell were very professional and the overall purchasing experience was excellent. I have also taken the previous two cars I purchased from Budds' into the service department routinely for maintenance, and I find the staff in the service department to be knowledgable, courteous and will continue to service the new CTS there. Overall, after having purchased numerous cars at various dealerships over the years, I plan on continuing to purchase from Budds' and Basil. I would highly recommend Budds' and Basil to any of my friends and family. More

No sooner had we settled into our new place when the exact car we were looking for popped up at Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac. We called to arrange a test drive and subsequently met with Basil Silas, our sales associate. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. We were able to quickly come to a mutually agreeable price and Basil arranged to get some minor paint flaws repaired at no additional cost to us. When the car got hung up an extra day waiting for the ding repairman, Basil even came in on his day off to ensure he handed us the keys to our new car and guided us through our OnStar registration. As previously mentioned, it was a simply outstanding sales and service experience. Highly recommend Budds' to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
