Austin was fantastic! I had initially contacted him over the phone, and I was uncertain whether I wanted the grey or black Equinox. We got the ball rolling over the phone, and by the time I was able to come down to pick it up, a lot of the paperwork was prepared, making it a breeze to sign the papers and drive home in my brand new Equinox!
