I have recently bought a vehicle through Telka Volkers, which she sold with the vehicle passing an amvic, even though she stated that the truck just had $4000 worth of work into it, to "make it a solid uni which she sold with the vehicle passing an amvic, even though she stated that the truck just had $4000 worth of work into it, to "make it a solid unit" no work was done on the truck and the truck did not pass inspection and is not road worthy. I have talked to Brad the manager and he has promised to either fix the truck for us or take it back. i agreed to them taking the truck back and washing my hands of the dealership altogether.. Brad and i have sent text messages back and forth and he agreed that the dealership would take the truck back. I then messaged him and asked him to let me know which day works best to return and he said he will get back to me... it's been days and i have messaged Brad a few times and i have not received a message at all... Keep in mind that i have all the conversations between Brad, Tekla and Arnall to prove how they lied and how crooked the dealership is.. I have looked into taking legal action now... All i want is the dealership to take the truck back and stop being dishonest. I am hoping this rating saves others from being blindsided by people you are supposed to trust. More

They sold us a vehicle and couldn’t provide the paperwork showing the work they promised was done. The vehicle did not pass an amvic report. It is illegal to sell a vehicle without the amvic report. We have made a claim with amvic against this dealership and the people involved. Tekla, Arnall and Brad. The dealership is crooked and ripped me off… super unhappy with the service provided, they sold me an unsafe vehicle and lied about the work done to make it a “solid unit” and with be going public with the videos and messages sent between me and the salesperson… I want them to take my truck back. I will never go to GP Chrysler again and I will advise everyone I know to steer clear of the dealership. More
