However (a big however) we arrived at the dealership having already agreed on a vehicle and an acceptable price. We were essentially prepared to pay for the vehicle, complete the title and licensing process and depart. However, this part of the buying process proved very disappointing. We had to wait almost three hours simply to pay for the car. Essentially the “finance manager“ aspect of the process proved to be an avoidable bottleneck. This is unfortunate as the experience to that point had been quite favorable. Perhaps some attention to this aspect of the process could be revisited with a view toward making it a bit more streamlined and customer focused. More
