I sold my car to them last week. They waited until after the paper work was finished and I signed my car over to them, to inform me it would take days to write a check. In this time they have apparently managed to get my car threw it's safety inspection, detailing, photo shoot and ads posted for sale. Yet they haven't had time to write me a check. Just remember if your going to be a customer of Langley Chrysler you will come LAST!!! THEY WILL DO FOR Themselves FIRST AND THE CUSTOMER LAST! They have become difficult to get a hold of and haven't returned my calls. Considering contacting the VSA in regards to my issue if something isn't resolved in the next couple hours. More

This is for Anthony wisemanYou already knew i was in This is for Anthony wiseman You already knew i was in toronto when you took my ID and did the credit check (right), you also knew we will have to This is for Anthony wiseman You already knew i was in toronto when you took my ID and did the credit check (right), you also knew we will have to deal with banks and notaries (you only asked from which notary i will be getting my IDs verified, I have that email as well), you stopped replying to my emails and then also i asked you that if you no longer wish to sell the vehicle you could let me know but you did not (no idea why were you playing games), you sent me an invoice and told me that you will have accounting contact me for approval (i already told you that I would be needing the vehicle this month), you said that you were uncomfortable selling this vehicle to me , the only reason i was calling and emailing you was to get an answer as you were not only avoiding my calls or emails but were not even telling me that you no longer wish to sell me the vehicle (probably u never wanted to sell that vehicle in the first place or probably you realise that you could mark up price in that vehicle), now because of you I will be buying a more expensive challenger gt. I would request you to kindly not repeat this with someone again, if you knew this all along that transferring car and the paperwork would that much of a problem you should not have booked the car in the first place, you have not only treated me with disrespect but also wasted my time as well. I hope you will learn some values and integrity and honesty as a human being cause you seem to have none. More

Exceptional Customer Service My 2015 Chrysler Town & Country's battery failed 3 times during the Long Canada Day weekend as a result of indifferent readings from their Diagnosti My 2015 Chrysler Town & Country's battery failed 3 times during the Long Canada Day weekend as a result of indifferent readings from their Diagnostic Tester. This required the vehicle to be towed twice back to their yard and finally the results were positive..... a new battery was required . This misfortune was all a big inconvenience! Then Langley Chrysler went the EXTRA MILE to provide me with Total Customer satisfaction. My thanks go to Anthony Wiseman, General Manager, for being so welcoming and understanding my dissapointment. The management there is very pro-active and extremely Customer Oriented. They only want Total Customer Satisfaction. My customer service experience ended with Langley Chrysler honouring all costs for Towing, Diagnostic charges, brand new Courtesy Vehicle and a new battery from the Service Dept. Technician was terrible Technician working on my truck was terrible. Greasy hand prints on my hood and grill. Tires were rotated and reinstalled BUT... Tire pressure wasn’t c Technician working on my truck was terrible. Greasy hand prints on my hood and grill. Tires were rotated and reinstalled BUT... Tire pressure wasn’t checked and slow leak in one tire wasn’t fixed as was stated on the work order. Rear dually wheels were installed out of sync so I could not check or add air to inside tires. Took the truck back to gave this fixed and am still waiting after 5 hours for the work to be completed. Langley Chrysler’s lost my business More
