I bough a Durango truck from this dealership a year ago, and the experience has been very satisfactory, my wife and I have been really impressed with follow ups and after sales service. recently brought an issue to the attention of Dave Pozzobon- who was on vacation at the time, and to my great surprise, he responded and promised to look into the issue for me; few days later he contacted me again and asked me to take my truck in for a fix that cost more than $400..at no cost to me! I have dealt with a few dealers in my time-individually and professionally, but I have to say this is a first! I am very appreciative to Mr. Dave Pozzobon and his team for this truly exceptional service. Sharing this experience with my colleagues and friends has definitely earned this dealership 7 stars.
