Back on road! I just wanted to say thank you to the men in the drive thru. My engine light came on, and my car seemed to lose a lot of power. I was able to get off the 401 and to Ontario Chrysler. They took me without an appointment, even though I could see that they were busy they made me feel taken care of. They explained the problem to me well, and gave me some options to fix now or in future. I will come back for regular services after the great experience! More

I always like to visit that same dealer for the first service. The service staff of Derek and Anthony and Grant and Marcello all treated me like a friend. They really cared about my problem. Answering all and any questions like they really wanted to have me understand. Always friendly and upbeat. Marcello is the one that I always tend to go to as you always like to pick someone to create That relationship with. Although it could have been any of those great guys. Marcello has been perfect in his dealing with my wishes for an appointment to setting up a rental if needed to making sure that I am taken care of to the utmost. And I always feel I have been. He explaines what my vehicle requires and makes sure I understand fully. Then ..He gets it done. And as good as Marcello is. He needs good people behind him and on accession I have spoken with Roman. Absolutely great! Never a problem. Simple...I drive from Pickering to Mississauga not because of Dodge. It is because of your people. They make the dealership. They make the difference. More
