Bought 2016 Buick Encore Our salesperson, Ankesh (Kash) Gupta, is very professional and respectful. He is not pushy and understood that to us, buying a brand new vehicle was Our salesperson, Ankesh (Kash) Gupta, is very professional and respectful. He is not pushy and understood that to us, buying a brand new vehicle was a very big deal. Too say that I was impressed by the customer service, would be an understatement. Ankesh Gupta was my customer service person and his understanding and patience with my over analysis and difficulty selecting a vehical was commendable. The One We Wanted We went to Capitalville to meet the Rough Riders. We looked at a few vehicles and when all was said and done liked the new 2016 GMC Canyon with AllTe We went to Capitalville to meet the Rough Riders. We looked at a few vehicles and when all was said and done liked the new 2016 GMC Canyon with AllTerrain Package. There were just a couple things that didn't suit us older folks and Capital worked hard to resolve them. They even went so far as to search out another vehicle. When that didn't suffice they are making the issues right on the one we wanted in the first place. Ankash guided us through and is making sure we are happy with our purchase! Great work! More
