Crapital Dodge, stay away! I purchased a brand new vehicle from Capital Dodge, which they allocated from South Bank Dodge because they did not have one in stock. From the mo I purchased a brand new vehicle from Capital Dodge, which they allocated from South Bank Dodge because they did not have one in stock. From the moment the vehicle arrived, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional and full of pressure tactics and lies. When I was called to view the vehicle without a deal in place, it was filthy and dirty, making it impossible to properly inspect. I was told there was a dent in the roof and assured it would be fixed. I was skeptical but pressured to proceeded. During a test drive, I immediately noticed: A blown speaker A scratched headlight that required replacement Another dent on the passenger side door Despite these issues, I was pressured to proceed, being assured all problems would be fixed. During the times capital dodge were "fixing" the brand new vehicle, discussions about my trade-in were ongoing. I was informed my trade would be wholesaled elsewhere, they were "giving me so much for my trade which was a lie, and I later discovered it was placed in the showroom at over $10,000 more than I was offered only 6 hours after I dropped it off. --- Condition of the Vehicle After Delivery When i picked up the vehicle at the dealership I was given 15 minutes to view it max and rushed. Once I was able to properly inspect and wash the vehicle at home, I noticed numerous issues, including: Paint chip on the roof after they claimed to have pulled the dent out and claim they had to repaint it entirely Under-hood damage: heat shield material eaten by an animal with a large hole in the material. Right rear rim repainted with overspray, but gouged and the attempt to cover it up with a paint pen was obvious Right rear pillar had dots down to the metal, and attempted to be covered with a paint pen Front lip damaged Window trim gouged Scratches down to the metal behind the truck bed Passenger door rubbing against the fender making a popping sound The headlight was replaced improperly with a trim peice not reattached, abd they painted around the headlight, paint drips dried and are now chipping off which I was unaware of And more. I immediately contacted my salesman. The response was delayed, dismissive, and unhelpful. I was told I needed to keep the vehicle and that everything would be replaced or repainted. I stated this was unacceptable as when I go to trade in the vehicle dealerships will be able to tell what has been repainted and repaired and replaced I was pressured to keep the vehicle and stated this was not the case. I did hide this and I have kept going to get this vehicle replaced. --- Interaction with Management I escalated the issue to Andrew, the General Manager, who initially claimed he would either fix the vehicle or order a 2026 model identical to mine except one feature would be missing heads up display. He apparently ordered it said it Would take 2-3 months to arrive. Then told me it wouldnt be identical and missing the tech package he knew I loved. I requested a refund which was denied. I also requested a higher trim vehicle as he claims he cant find the identical trim. again denied. During this process, I experienced: Repeated lies and broken promises Breach of privacy Sexist remarks toward my girlfriend Accusatory and rude behavior Refusal to allow communication with the dealer principal or higher management --- Conclusion This situation has been ongoing for over a month, leaving me with a damaged vehicle I do not want and no resolution in sight. The only proposed solution was a replacement model that did not meet my specifications, and Capital Dodge has refused to offer a proper alternative. I personally know at least three other people who have had identical experiences with this dealership. My advice: Save yourself the time, money, and frustration – do not do business with Capital Dodge. I will continue to escalate this situation, and this review reflects a warning to future customers. Save yourself time and money; as well as stress and DO NOT visit this dealership. I have never in my life witnessed such unprofessionalism, lack of communication, greed, and dishonesty. Sales people NOT visit this dealership. I have never in my life witnessed such unprofessionalism, lack of communication, greed, and dishonesty. Sales people are inconsiderate, talk down to people and are not understanding to clients needs and wants. They may have a large inventory, but please visit other dealerships first; and hopefully you can avoid this dealership in its entirety. More

Eddie from Capital Dodge sold me a used 2019 Nissan Kicks on Monday. I did a test drive and all was fine. When I got home and tried to start it, no dice. I called roadside assistance and had the car boosted on Monday. I did a test drive and all was fine. When I got home and tried to start it, no dice. I called roadside assistance and had the car boosted twice the same day I purchased it and a third time the following morning so I could drive back down there. When I returned to the dealership the next day, I questioned how the car passed their "150 point safety inspection" when the first item was "car starts normally." Eddie then informed me that the car never started on its own and that he boosted it before my test drive and again before I drove it off the lot. He said he only needed to disclose accident history, not if the car battery works. I would have had no way to know and he showed no remorse for selling a vehicle that did not run without disclosing it. I spent most of the day yesterday trying to get them to make this right. Nobody mentioned that there was a 48-hour money back guarantee for all their used cars. Thankfully, I received a Facebook ad that mentioned the return policy and I was lucky enough to have them give me my money and the car I traded-in back after much wasted time, energy, negotiation, and tears. It's unethical and I will be reporting it to OMVIC, but I just wanted to share this here in hopes that my neighbours don't fall victim to the same scam. I'm sure they will be re-listing the 2019 Nissan Kicks I returned shortly. Run the other way. More

Ok Johnny is one exceptional salesman; we went in to scout and plan for a 2021 purchase and we ended up getting a deal we can’t refuse and bought on the spot. great customer service - it took around 2.5 hours to put winter tires on but the quality of work was impeccable considering how busy it was. winter tires on but the quality of work was impeccable considering how busy it was. More
