I spent about two hours with Preston Williams to purchase a Ford Explorer with a trade in of my 2012 Lexus RX450h which had 37,000 miles on it. Preston was very nice and cordial but that is where the nice ended. They advertised $25 over invoice, but that is a hoax just to get you into the store. My final bottom line was my trade in and and additional $7450.00 cash. They offered only $29,100 for my vehicle, which was an embarrassment. I told Preston when I entered his office that I was going to purchase a vehicle today, and hoped I could do it there. I left feeling I had totally wasted my time and moved on to the Airport Motor Mile. I did end up purchasing a similar vehicle for an MSRP of $38,645 with all the options I wanted on the car at Lance Cunningham. It included a sunroof, leather heated dual climate seats, navigation, safety package, roof rack, and all the trimmings. Now here is the best part of the story. What Lance Cunningham wanted was $7450.00 cash, plus my Lexus right? I bought almost the identical vehicle for a trade in value of $34,000 plus a difference of only $398.00 cash out of my pocket!! Yes, only $398.00! Lance Cunningham told me they offered me NADA and Black Book value for my car, and the dealership I purchased from did the same! Do the math........a difference of $4,900.00! When they told me they used NADA and Black Book to use for my trade in, I said, "Okay, let's use NADA and Black Book to find out what the true value is of the car you are selling me", but of course they said it couldn't be done. Do yourself a favor and skip Lance Cunningham. It's nothing but frustration and unwilling fairness on both the purchase price as well as the trade in. Even with rebates and incentives, their bottom line didn't come close. More

Having dealt w/Preston Williams & Andy Andrews on our last 4 vehicles, we cannot express how wonderful it was to trade. They have become like family to us and we would trade no where else. I went in looking to trade a Toyota in, due to the problems Toyota is now having. Preston met me at the door, and assisted me through out the process. He showed me numerous vehicles, and let me drive the vehicles I was interested in. We worked rather hard in finding the right vehicle at the right price. He was very patient, and kept assuring me that we would get there. I knew how much I could put down, and how much I could pay a month. We finally got a deal worked out on a new Fusion. What a great car! I didn't know when I started looking that it was the 2010 Motor Trend car of the year. It looks great, has great features, and runs great. Finally working with Preston and Jason Owens in finance, we were able to put together a deal that I am extremely satisfied with. After making the deal, Andy Anderson showed my wife all of the "cool" stuff like the Sync system. He also did a great job. I am very pleased with the deal, thought the dealership and the aforementioned people did an exceptional job, and would highly recommend this dealer to friends, family, and other people. More

Both my wife and I felt very welcome and comfortable at Lance Cunningham Ford. They had many vehicles in the exceptionally clesn showroom so that a buyer could have a hands on look at the many choices avai Lance Cunningham Ford. They had many vehicles in the exceptionally clesn showroom so that a buyer could have a hands on look at the many choices available. The salesman (Preston Williams),whom we spent the most time with,did a lot of searching of not only their own inventory but also other dealer inventory to satisfy our selection process. Andy Anderson (don't know his title)explained all the bells and whistles of the vehicle so that we understood the phone and radio systems (both new to us). Nathan Post (Finance man) explained all the numbers and arranged financing. Being a Ford retiree after 40 years,we are pretty choosey of dealerships to work with. In our 10 years in Tennessee, we have dealt with 4 different dealers and Lance Cunningham Ford(so far) has been the best. J.Jerry Toomey More

John was very courteous, friendly and very patient with us, the whole experience took us about 8 hours to complete the deal, not John's fault. We were not sure which model we were going to purchase. John did not influence us one way or the other and he should be commended for that. Andy was helpful in showing us all the features of our new Edge, He even went as far as to program the phone system that was one of the features of the new car. My wife and I are not technically capable to set that feature up. I have delt with Lance Cunningham in the past and always was treated with the utmost courtesy and would recommend them to be anyones dealer. More
