Being a mechanical engineer, a mechanic and motorcyclist for over 60 years and having owned similar MB products for over 19 years, I only had TOUGH questions for Mike. He answered every one, patiently. The entire experience was smooth. Quick response time & always willing to help. We would definitely purchase another Mercedes through Mike. It was great in every respect .... the only bad thing I can say about Mike is that every now and then he wastes several hours wandering around, hitting a small ball, then walking for miles looking for it, finding it and then again hitting it all over the golf course. It was special in that it was the car of my dreams, but perhaps even more importantly is that I just bought a new C43 AMG in May 2023. The C43 was a great car, but I must admit that my decision to purchase the C43 over the more expensive SL63 was a mistake on my part. When I called Tony to let him know that as much as I really liked the C43, I still had SL 63 on my mind despite the price difference. Tony and Rob created a path to the new SL63 that made my decision fast and easy. Friendly, helpful and professional all the way. Thanks Tony for an awesome purchase experience. More

I have continued to enjoy great service from Mercedes-Benz London. I drive an older GL-Class which requires attention often. Lately I find Markus is the one booking my vehicle in……appreciated!! Since I told them that I do not wish to trade my vehicle I find that I no longer get suggestions relating to trading. I appreciate the 15% discount that Mercedes-Benz extends to owners who love their older vehicles. I like my vehicle because it is heavy, really great on the highway, great 7 seater size and uses diesel. My friends call it the beast. I’m a proud owner of the beast and I will keep it for many years to come. I thank the auto mechanics at Mercedes-Benz who are able to do diagnostics and identify exactly what is wrong with my vehicle. Then they are able to fix the problem. I plan to keep the beast for as long as the Mercedes-Benz auto mechanics can fix it. I will probably end up being renamed vintage beast owner. Keep being awesome Mercedes-Benz London team👏👍.
