He explained every detail and answered all our questions. Robin was very pleasant and thoughtful with our discussions in order to hammer out a deal. Gary Lazo was very friendly and explained the transfer of monies very clearly to us--there were no surprises for Sharon & I. The finances, registration, etc. went very smoothly.
