Anand and his team were absolutely amazing . We did not know that customer service such as this still exists. He always got back in a timely manner to answer any questions. I bought my first car Infiniti JX 35 from Capital GMC and I got to deal with Robin and Anand. I would give them 10 stars if that existed but definitely 5 stars. They both are friendly to work with and profes I got to deal with Robin and Anand. I would give them 10 stars if that existed but definitely 5 stars. They both are friendly to work with and professional at the same time. I did not felt rushed at all .They sold me vehicle keeping my car requirements in their mind. We were in the market for a new car and went to Capital the first time about a month ago. Anand was our salesperson and he was a pleasure to work with. Upon arrival we were greeted promptly. All were very helpful and friendly. We did have to wait a little longer than promised to receive the vehicle however later we found it was due to an additional ins helpful and friendly. We did have to wait a little longer than promised to receive the vehicle however later we found it was due to an additional installation of a command starter free of charge. Very appreciated!
