My husband bought a Tahoe from them, four months later there is a transmission issue. Now they won't call him back three days later on any answers. Which by the way, they were so accomodating and generous, the costs ro travel that direction were covered by them!! Purchasing a vehicle in general can be a stressful and intimidating event, but thanks to the honest, caring and helpful nature of Ethan Marsden, it was an easy breezy, hassle-free transaction that had me feeling totally confident and satisfied with my vehicle purchase. Rana and Gavin in finance were so awesome to work with, super friendly and proper..(not a wordthat comes to mind when talking about a car dealership. My wife and I had the privilege of visiting Vincent at Sherwood Park Chevrolet earlier this week, and it was beyond the best experience. Our 10 year old Ford car decided that during the pandemic was the best time to throw us a check engine light, so we had headed to Sherwood Park Chev to look at something new. Vince was patient and willing to spend hours answering our questions (first time vehicle buyers). He never pushed us to look at vehicles out of our price range, or to make choices we weren't comfortable with. Vince is an excellent salesperson, and he truly made us feel "at home" despite the fear and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak. He ensured everything was clean and sanitized, and went as far as bringing a tub if Lysol wipes around with him to wipe down all the vehicles before we test drove them. Vince made the entire experience worth it, going above and beyond with his customer service, vehicle expertise, and hospitality (he even threw in lunch for my hangry wife). Vince is, without a doubt, the reason we will continue to shop at Sherwood Park Chev, and we will be referring anyone who asks to go and see him specifically. Top notch! More
