oil change on a cold day I took my Rav in for an oil change and I was told due to the extremely cold weather the usual car wash was not happening. I begged my service rep as we had just returned from a long car trip and the vehicle was covered in salt and sand. When my servicing was done, my Rav appeared clean and shining.
