Salesman was new but friendly and put in an honest effort. New 2500 duramax had inoperable Onstar / Navigation etc. Asked for refund. Assured when home in Ontario part was available and repair would be complete within 10 days and I would be given a vehicle until repair complete. . Purchased Jan 25. Soonest appt in ON Mar 6. Part not available in Canada or USA. Must come from overseas.. Loaner suv broke down approx Mar 30 and no replacement vehicle. Truck repairs finally completed incl. 3 recalls end of June. NO VEHICLE FOR 3 MONTHS. Seems I was given untruths by Capital at time of purchase and afterward as well. GM Customer Care last told me they are waiting for a response from Capital before deciding what to do about this. Truck was noted as defective at time of purchase. No truck for 4 months. Trial Sirius radio expired. 5 months of Onstar/Navigation used up. 5 months of Warranty used up. Beg and borrow transportation as well as trip to pkup truck in the end. Closest Dealership approx 2 hrs each way. So far not a great experience to say the least. The 2017 GM SLT I traded in drove the 2000km to Calgary and had no issues. I would have drove it back if I could have got my money back no problem!!! More

Shout out to Capital, very organized dealer overall. Was able to work out a deal on my first visit. No back and forth and tactics like some other dealers. Nobody wasted my time. Altaf in sales was very knowledgeable about the product and not pushy. Genuinely seems to care about his customers. Khloe in finance was very efficient in completing all the paperwork after the deal was done. And was extremely patient with answering all my questions. Rohit took as much time as needed to completely inspect my vehicle during delivery. And also was able to walk me though all the services and features in great detail. Very diligent person who takes the time and effort to do a good job. Seems like Nizar is a good manager. I would totally recommend Capital if you are in the market for a Chev, GMC, or Buick. Only thing they could have done different was delivered the Vehicle with a full tank of gas not just $75 worth (which is the limit) and on a full size truck that is not a full tank. That was the only thing unexpected. More
