First we were sold the van with the dealer telling us that the van had all these features including blue tooth, lumbar adjusted seating etc. Once we bought it, it had nothing. We had to argue to get the blue tooth. They settled on giving us 250$ worth of gas cards to settle the mistake made. We have had the van in over 7 times with the right sided door sticking with humidity. Each time they state there is nothing wrong. After a year of owning it, the left engine head had to be replaced. 2 years later the engine light came on and we had to have it towed in. Paid 1000$ dollars to have coils and springs replaced. 3 days later the battery light came one with engine light and they said the alternator is gone. I am so upset as when you buy a vehicle for your family, you expect reliality. We have had none of that with this and feel we have been sold a lemon. More

Buy new or buy nothing, seriously the post inspection must have been something like the: "is there air in the tires", "yup", "OK perfect put it on the lot". I've been in the shop 34 times in 13 months and thousands in the hole from this. Should have just walked away. Don't make my mistake. Alex was a great sales representative I don't think he had any idea of the nightmare he had sold me. More
