I feel the practices are deceptive. Was told the car was one price but found out it was $9000 more. Too many unwanted and unadvertised add-ons. The car is good though. No issues. Everything at this dealership takes forever. The sales representative helping me had WAY too much going on and was helping multiple people at once and it was honestly frustrating. My car wasn' The sales representative helping me had WAY too much going on and was helping multiple people at once and it was honestly frustrating. My car wasn't filled up when I picked it up and the lack of communication around my vehicle was honestly ridiculous. I bought a car late at night and had to pick it up due to going through inspection and I had to call to find out when it was ready and was sent to multiple voicemails until I got ugly with the front desk girl. It is a sales person who is earning commission job from my sale to be more communicative. Not me having to hunt down when my car is ready. Pathetic. More

No after sale customer service! During the sale everything was fine but lots of promises but no action! I have been sitting in sales room for 2 and 1/2 hours so far. It was an hour During the sale everything was fine but lots of promises but no action! I have been sitting in sales room for 2 and 1/2 hours so far. It was an hour before Arin acknowledged me and she wanted to know why I was here even though we set a time to have me bring my car in and pick up a loaner which she said she has already arranged! Needless to say no loaner! She also said she had arranged for the body to address the issue with the car! Nope! As you can tell I'm not very happy! More
