All our tires - summer, winter, all seasons have been purchased there , and they are stored there. Even tire dedicated stores cannot match their price and service. Years ago, I used to get my tires and change overs from a Tire specialist store, and they could not eliminate vibration problems after 2 re-balancing, they said the problems were my rims. I took it to Mario and his team balanced them properly saving me the cost of new RIMS. We also always buy the tire warranties and had benefited from them when some tires could not be repaired, well worth the investment. The service is always prompt, pleasant and trustworthy. Never been sold on unnecessary work by the service advisors, if Mario says it need to be changed, I change it, if he says it can wait until next service, I wait, no question asked. All service advisors and technicians are always courteous, and greet you even if they are not assigned to your car. I must have been serviced by all of them at some point. Keep up the awesome service guys and gals. More

He went to the back to assisted the mechanic in getting my tires from storage. Storage service is highly recommended, no mess or back injury to deal with. I own a Lexus and I still service my car here, because of the amazing service I had with my previous Camry and Highlander. Overall great place and people. More

I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've been going this dealership since I purchased by 2001 Rav 4 - back in the day they were located at Yonge/Lawrence. They moved. I moved with them. I have always been treated fairly, with respect and they go the extra distance to make sure everything is perfect. I've tried another Toyota service dept (right across from my workplace) but I came back to this one. Yes, its more inconvenient for me, but at the end of the day, the customer service, staff and the service is what matters. Great job guys! More

I was told the check up would take about 1/2 hour but was completed in less than 15 minutes, including a car wash. The staff at the express lube are wonderful, with a great sense of humour.
