Let me begin with the statement that I am extremely happy with my new used car. No complaints with the dealership, Kyle, or Alex who answered questions when I returned with the title of my trade in and Exp with my new used car. No complaints with the dealership, Kyle, or Alex who answered questions when I returned with the title of my trade in and Explained why the mountain of papers to be signed at closing. I felt pressured on the warranty information, but understand the man was doing what was required, a super salesman with very clear explanations. Kyle, the salesman was quite helpful with negotiating the price. Only slight disappointment was the gas tank was not topped off and the brake dust wasn't cleaned off the wheels. Alex assured me the tank would be topped off my next visit. I didn't notice the brake dust until I got home. This was my best experience in buying a car new or used in 38 years. More

TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Was looking at a used 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Price was 15434.00 Talked to Alex Bowers (sales) that I was interested on Ma BUYER BEWARE!!!! Was looking at a used 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Price was 15434.00 Talked to Alex Bowers (sales) that I was interested on May 1st. Sent me a great video. He was off the next day so I reached out on Wed to finalize the deal. I went back out to their web site and the price went up to $18,350.00. Asked Alex - what gives? and would you honor the lower price. Got pushed to a so called internet sales manager. He tries to explain away the increase - that the car was in an accident- (carfax is clean - no accidents) and that it cost 3K to repair. Lol cars with damage generally don't go up in value. So they raised the price. Alex Bowers (sales) never mentioned any accident at any time even when asked. Asked internet sales manager if he would honor the lower price anyway. NOPE AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. Buyer beware! BR More
