Service department has been excellent. Sales experience was great, but then had a small transparency issue. The dealership did make sure that the issue was corrected. Mike Lash was the best, very thoughtful, understanding and eager to help. He was very well versed on the products and proved very helpful and a wellspring of knowledge with regard to the Volvo Cars . I will have to say that Mike Lash went above and beyond to accommodate us and to make the deal not only possible but desirable. Mike is honest and caring by nature. Jackie with finance was very warm, accommodating , and almost surprisingly friendly , while at the same time very intelligent and informed. I believe that Annapolis Volvo is a great dealership. My only issue was with the used car manager, who I will not bother to name. He seemed to be seething is this awful mood that only worked to poison the experience. That cloud was totally unnecessary and unhelpful and left its stain on what was otherwise a superb dealer performance. More
