My experience was nothing less than perfect! Andy is a great Service Advisor. He arranged ALTO shuttle to and from Audi and kept me informed throughout. He is polite, courteous and efficient! Horrible with communication. Had a 4 pm appointment yesterday for a possible bad battery. I had to call and follow up with them today and they still have not even done a simple d Had a 4 pm appointment yesterday for a possible bad battery. I had to call and follow up with them today and they still have not even done a simple dynastic to say if it was the battery or not. So now I’m without a car nor they don’t have any loners till mid oct. and will not even look at my car until Thursday or even Friday. SMH. They need better communication if they need more time!!! More
