Was not happy with the service for my end of lease on my car. It has taken over 2 months to figure stuff out and now I had to get an extension on my lease because of it. Jacob is unreasonable and petty. A simple miscommunication became a large issue when Jacob would not return my deposit after my co-buyer decided not to sign the purchase agreement. Literally had not put the deal through nor signed all the paperwork and he says the voluntary deposit I made to lower the overall cost is now non refundable.
