I could not in good faith recommend this dealership. I will start by saying I was super excited to buy a new vehicle. Upon initial contact, things were good. It was when the deal was made that it start I will start by saying I was super excited to buy a new vehicle. Upon initial contact, things were good. It was when the deal was made that it started going downhill. From that moment on, I felt that I was of very little importance. The amount of time spent waiting was more than I would ever expect, and it was very hard to reach my salesman. There were a few great people to deal with, Ebin being one of them (he was super to talk to and very helpful). One of the managers did step in to help when there was an issue in the service area, and that was appreciated, but as a whole experience, it was not what I had hoped for. I just bought the vehicle in June of 2018, and today traded it in at another dealership. I will not get into the specific details, but where Capital did not meet my expectations, a different company did... and they will receive a 5 star rating. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE AND A GREAT BUY! We never considered buying GMC as we were looking into a ford edge. a family member suggested we try the Acadia at capital and away we went. Kyle was the first to help us try out the Acadia and although we weren't impressed with the trim we tried the higher level trim the next day. I apologize to the other salesman as I didn't get his card but he showed us the one we knew we wanted. After talking with Adam, he set us up, got a deal that we really liked. Mike in financing was great to deal with, no BS and told us straight what the payments would be and got the best interest rate possible. We were in and out in 3 days and got everything we wanted in a car, we got the payments we wanted and we got the service we haven't seen anywhere's else. We couldn't of asked for any better service. Thank you capital gm for all your help! More

Started poor, ended good! I purchased a brand new 1 ton Denali, very expensive truck. everything was good until I signed the papers. I was promised a clean fuelled up vehicle , When it came time to pick it up the truck was dirty and no fuel. I had to get it detailed and fill it myself. Regardless I still loved the truck, so I recommended my brother go there since he was looking for a pickup. I was told there is a referral I would get if I referred someone to the dealership. My brother had bought a truck from them and guess what... no referral... and no call backs from the 5 times i called. very disappointed in your sales service! *Update* I was contacted by a manager and he had genuinely apologized for the service I was provided and has assured me the dealership will honor what was promised. This has made me feel much more confident in the new management. Thanks! More
