The service department continues to leave a lot to be desired. Did they actually do my Oil Change?! As they never reset my Oil Life Monitor on dash display. They forgot to put the DEF in the truck and had to do it when I picked up the truck even though I specifically told them I was Low on DEF. I also didn’t receive any paperwork so I have no idea what they checked or inspected. If it wasn’t for Kelvin, Mo and Manny my wife and I would be happy to take our business elsewhere. Service department leaves a lot to be desired each and everytime we visit Capital Denaliville management and owners have to continue working hard to train service staff up to acceptable standards. From the moment I sent an email to Capital GMC Buick, the service was over the top. I had respnses quicker than anticipated. I wanted to trade up, if possible. I wanted a trade in price for the vehicle I was service was over the top. I had respnses quicker than anticipated. I wanted to trade up, if possible. I wanted a trade in price for the vehicle I was driving. I think John clearly understood this was important to me, and I suspect working with Jas, they had a great trade in price for me. From there we were able to negotiate a great deal for me. When my wife and I arrived at Capital GMC Buick, we were promptly greeted by John, and after a quick inspection of the trade in vehicle, we commenced with the deal. When John said that we would do a reveal, I was interested in what this was about. But when the music started and my name was on the computer screen, and there in front of us was our new truck wrapped in a cover with a lovely red bow! All the sales staff were there clapping, It was over the TOP!!! John and Jas were absolutely amazing to deal with, no issues. They clearly went out of their way to make this purchase an extremely positive event for us. John took the time to go over every option on the truck and show me everything. He even paired my cell phone to the truck and set up the Onstar welcome call. John even helped us move stuff from out trade in vehicle to our new Awesome AT4. With purchasing a glass protection package, and some other stuff, John and Jas made sure that the work was done promptly so we could continue our journey back home. I have had fair to good service with the GM Dealer that I bought my last car at. But the service was nothing compared to what I got from Capital GMC Buick. After 6 days of driving home in a truly amazing truck, I only have one regret! That I do not live in Alberta much closer to Capital GMC Buick, if I did they would clearly get my future business! More
