Took my 2016 f150 in to fix a stalling problem. They had it done on time and then told me about a couple other things that needed to be done which I really appreciated. I’m very impressed with the service that I received from Xander Ford. They’re always prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. I am not a regular customer at Zender. My vehicle had an electrical issue late at night and had it towed to Zender. Fords lot. The service rep. was excellent. I am hearing impaired. The rep communicated via text which was very helpful. The repairs were correct. Clear accounting by the mechanic on the invoice regarding the diagnostics and work done. Reasonable cost and no over charging. Excellent service. Definitely recommend Zender Ford. More

The service process went well and the shuttle service was efficient . Service advisor Adam MacNeil was very kind and professional when I discussed issues with my truck. Later in his shift he text me to see if he could keep the truck because they were backed up. No i professional when I discussed issues with my truck. Later in his shift he text me to see if he could keep the truck because they were backed up. No issue with me. He offered a complementary rental which I didn’t need. Next day truck was repaired and running fine again. Service department was excellent. More
