The service process went well and the shuttle service was efficient . Service advisor Adam MacNeil was very kind and professional when I discussed issues with my truck. Later in his shift he text me to see if he could keep the truck because they were backed up. No i professional when I discussed issues with my truck. Later in his shift he text me to see if he could keep the truck because they were backed up. No issue with me. He offered a complementary rental which I didn’t need. Next day truck was repaired and running fine again. Service department was excellent. More

Found the oil changes expensive. Otherwise service good so far. My daughter had big trouble with her Bronco. Saskatoon dealer, didn’t help the problem. No complaints. Service was good. It’s nice to drop your vehicle off and get a ride home and back when done. I wasn’t happy when I tried calling service to see how Service was good. It’s nice to drop your vehicle off and get a ride home and back when done. I wasn’t happy when I tried calling service to see how my vehicle was doing and got no answer but later found out my call was going to someone’s desk who was not in. It was corrected so I grateful it was resolved. Sometimes things crop up and it takes a minute but it happens to everyone. All in all everyone there knows what customer service means and demonstrates it. More

The service people were friendly and helpful. They diagnosed my cars problem quickly. However the cost of the repair needed was way more than I expected. Their labour costs are high.
