While I worked with Joe M. from Heritage Toyota as my salesmen, I was financed on the Ford side with some rockstars who got me approved. Theresa was amazing to work with, I can't stress enough how easy it was to go through paper work where I truly did understand all the information. She is direct, thorough, and immensely knowledgeable. The whole process was so seamless and stress free, and I know when it come the financing portion as a whole, it tends to not be.
